GAZIANTEP · TÜRKİYE

At the source of flavour.

Great taste begins with the right ingredient. To us, pistachios carry Gaziantep’s culinary heritage into your production.

Our family’s experience in the pistachio trade dates back to 1980, when our father worked in the sector with his partners. This experience laid the foundation for our business, established in 1997. Today, A&B Fıstıkçılık continues wholesale supply and export activities from Gaziantep.

A&B Abdullah Büyük Fıstıkçılık focuses on wholesale Turkish pistachio supply and export from Gaziantep. Our boz, gül and red kernels, alongside roasted in-shell pistachios, serve baklava makers, pastry and chocolate producers, nut businesses and international buyers.

Every business has different requirements for colour, kernel structure and application. We consider how the product will work in your production and communicate clearly about current batch photographs, packaging, quantities and delivery terms.

Our aim is to build a supply relationship you can rely on, from the first quotation to future orders, bringing the taste of Gaziantep to your products.

We also sell walnuts, almonds and clarified butter (ghee). Contact us for ingredients for baklava, cakes, pastry, kadaif and kunafa, current batches and wholesale pricing.
