Separate filling requirements from decoration
The kernels used inside your baklava and the appearance you want for its decoration may call for different purchasing choices. Tell us whether you use the kernels whole, chopped or ground, and whether you need separate products for filling and topping. Describe the colour, texture and flavour you want in your existing recipe so we can compare suitable options.
Compare Boz and Gül against the current batch
In the A&B catalogue, Boz 1 contains no or very little red colouring; Boz 2 contains a small amount of red colouring. The Gül range has a bright red appearance. Product names alone do not determine the result in your recipe. Discuss the green interior, outer skin colour, kernel structure and whole-kernel expectations separately. Review current photographs without assuming a fixed colour percentage or identical kernel size across all batches.
Trial the product in your own production process
Discuss sample requirements and delivery arrangements before ordering a sample. Use the same recipe, pistachio quantity and preparation method for comparisons. Record the appearance of the filling, particle distribution and the result in your finished product. Agree which accepted characteristics should be matched in the order. A selected catalogue photograph should not be treated as the colour distribution of the entire shipment.
Vacuum-packed kernels in 20 kg cartons
Our standard kernel packaging is 2 × 10 kg vacuum packs in a 20 kg carton. Specify the required net quantity and pack count. Preparation, current batches, minimum quantities, dispatch timing and alternative packaging requests are confirmed during quotation. Kunafa and kadaif producers can discuss the same kernel options by explaining how the pistachios will be used.
Share your purchasing schedule
Tell us whether you need a one-off order or regular supply, together with your approximate ordering frequency. Confirm the product, accepted batch characteristics, net quantity, packaging, unit price, payment schedule and delivery terms in writing. Our selection guide explains how to compare the options.
