Define the role of pistachios in your recipe
Chocolate fillings, coatings, decoration and ice cream mixes may require different appearance and particle characteristics. Explain whether you want visible pieces in the finished product or a finer distribution. Tell us if you need whole kernels, whether you will process them in your own facility and whether you expect a ready-processed ingredient.
Describe colour requirements beyond the grade name
Compare Boz 1, Boz 2, Gül 1, Gül 2 and red kernels against the available batch. Consider outer skin colour separately from the kernel interior. A reference photograph can help explain the appearance you want in your finished product. We discuss your requirements and current batch characteristics rather than promise a fixed colour percentage or an identical result in every recipe.
Confirm chopped, ground or paste enquiries separately
Our kernel catalogue does not mean that every processed format is available from stock. For broken kernels, specify the required particle-size range; for ground products, describe the fineness you need. Pistachio paste, cream and recipe-specific preparations should not be treated as interchangeable with kernels. Confirm availability and product requirements before proceeding with a quotation.
Evaluate samples using a consistent process
Discuss sample arrangements, then assess the product in your own chocolate or ice cream process. Record the quantity used, preparation method and expected particle structure, and turn the accepted result into purchasing criteria. For repeat orders, describe which characteristics you expect to maintain. Discuss shelf-life, analysis and storage requirements separately for the relevant product and batch.

Our kernels are supplied in 2 × 10 kg vacuum packs per 20 kg carton. Include the product format, application, estimated quantity and delivery country and city in your message.
