Define the application before comparing prices
Start with how you will use the pistachios: baklava, chocolate, pastry, ice cream or nut retail. Whole, chopped and ground applications can have different appearance and kernel-structure requirements. Describe your expected colour and texture, and share a reference photograph if useful. A clear brief makes it easier to compare suitable products and avoids relying on a product name alone.
Compare quotations on the same basis
Review the product name, colour expectations, kernel structure and quantity together. A lower price per kilogram may cover different specifications, packaging or delivery arrangements. Browse Boz 1, Boz 2, Gül 1 and Gül 2, and confirm what each option means for the available batch. Do not assume that grade names are interchangeable between suppliers. Check the net product weight separately from the weight of the packaging.
Confirm the current batch and sample arrangements
Catalogue images introduce a product range; the batch allocated to your order should be reviewed separately. Request overall and close-up photographs. If you need a sample, discuss the arrangements first and assess the product in your own production process. Agree in writing which accepted characteristics should carry through to the order. Colour distribution and kernel size should not be assumed identical across every batch.
Confirm packaging for the product and market
Our pistachio kernels are packed as 2 × 10 kg vacuum packs in a 20 kg carton. Roasted products use 25 kg sacks for domestic wholesale supply in Türkiye and 20 kg vacuum packaging for export. Confirm packaging for walnuts, almonds and clarified butter separately during quotation. Agree the pack count, net weights and requested label information before placing the order.
Discuss delivery and document requirements early
Provide the delivery city and country, and the port if relevant. Confirm whether freight is included, the agreed delivery terms and the expected dispatch timing in the quotation. Discuss required analyses and shipment documents for your destination and buyer requirements before confirming the order. Documents from a previous shipment should not automatically be assumed sufficient for a new batch or a different market.
Confirm the order in writing
Confirm the product and batch, quantity, unit price, currency, packaging, payment schedule and delivery terms before ordering. Minimum quantities and current availability are discussed for each enquiry. To start, send the product, application, estimated quantity and destination by WhatsApp or email. You do not need to complete a website quotation form. This gives us a clear basis for discussing suitable products and current supply terms.
